Structure and How to Use a Quality Management System Manual
The Quality Management System Manual (present document) of the company PSYKTIKI-THERMIKI was compiled, established and maintained in order to describe the object of the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, as well as their processes and interactions. If required, this document refers to the relevant documentation that has been established for the Management System.
Chapters 4 to 10 hereof, briefly analyze the elements of the Management System, which were designed and implemented to meet the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015.
Attached to the end of this Handbook is the Quality Policy (Appendix I), a list of General Procedures (Appendix II), the SAP Process Interaction Chart (Appendix III), and the Stakeholder List (Appendix IV).
For ease of use, the components of the Quality Management System are analyzed following the prescription of the Standards. The paragraphs that are developed have the same title (and numbering) as the Standard Requirement for the item described in the paragraph.
Adherence to the provisions of this Manual is mandatory for all employees, regardless of their hierarchical level or position.
