We insulate the air ducts when it comes to air conditioning network with whatever insulation material is required, such as: with a fiberglass duvet 30mm thick with aluminum coating, with cork pulp which has a coefficient of thermal conductivity (λ = 0.08) and reduces heat loss, circulating air freelen foam flexible closed cell polyethylene, with foam rubber with thermal conductivity coefficient λ <= 0,036 W / m2k with aluminum foil externally self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive in various thicknesses and densities. With stone wool which is a natural fibrous product, derived from volcanic rocks, such as basalt, limestone, dolomite and bauxite, a material that remains unchanged over time and does not allow the growth of pests with a fire resistance of up to 750 ℃. Material thickness from 30mm to 80mm density 40kg / m3 to 75kg / m3 with coefficient of thermal conductivity λ = 0.033 fireproof insulation with fire resistance index 90min.
Insulations
Depending on the requirements of the project, our company during the construction of the air ducts (circular or rectangular cross section) uses special stone wool insulation which as a natural material is kept unchanged over time and does not allows the growth of pests also stone wool is considered a fireproof material with temperatures up to 750.℃.
